On October 10th, the school hosted a Parents' Phonics Day run by Lancashire Adult Learning for infant parents. For details and photos from the day click here.

In January the children took part in the RSPB Big School Birdwatch. Below are photos of our "twitchers" at work!

 You can also log onto Education City at home and play the games that I set each half term. Please note that the games are not homework but they are there if the children want to play them.

 The children enjoy working in all the different areas of the classroom. Pictured below, the children use the class computers and interactive whiteboard for ICT, read together and in the reading corner and join in with group work in the writing area.
